What is Super Food?

Purasana organic super food/raw food are unprocessed, pure foodstuffs from grains, plants, algae, seeds, berries, fruits, vegetables, etc. They are free from pesticides, chemicals, colorants, flavourings, preservatives or any other synthetic or unnatural additives.

How to use Super Food?

Sprinkle super food over lots of dishes or use them in dishes, desserts, sauces, cake or muesli.

Make specific mixes such as a green mix based on spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass and barley grass. You can make them very liquid, less liquid or more solid by adding a piece of fruit such as a banana.

  1. You can mix one or more super foods with a ready-made or homemade fruit smoothie.
  2. You can mix one or more super foods with milk, soy milk, rice milk or nut milk like almond milk. You can add a piece of fruit, banana or some dried Purasana super fruit berries and mix these in for 45-60 seconds. If desired, you can add honey, agave syrup, stevia or coconut blossom sugar.


Basic Rules

Experiment and be creative until you have some favourite super food smoothies that you have compiled of which you like the taste and furthermore also fit the needs of your body.

Always mix enough milk, soy milk, rice milk, nut milk, juice with the chosen super food powder until you obtain a liquid or smooth mass as a super food smoothie.
